Returns
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted in rare cases of an item being damaged upon arrival, an incorrect order, or sizing issues. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or discuss a potential refund, please reach out using the contact page or direct message me on Instagram. Please provide detailed information regarding the issue and any necessary photo evidence to support your claim. I will review your case promptly and respond with a resolution.
Shipping
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the United States for orders of $50 or more.
International Shipping: At present, our online shop does not offer international shipping. If you live outside of the United States, DM us on instagram @vulturereclaimed or send us an email hippecollective@gmail.com and we'll work something out.
Processing Time: After your purchase, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. We strive to ship your item as promptly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality.
Shipment Responsibility: Once the item has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. We take great care in packaging our products securely to minimize any risk of damage, but circumstances beyond our control may still occur.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces take time, and working with upcycled materials means there are some limits to what’s possible. But if you’ve got a solid idea for a unique piece or commission, we’d love to hear it. If the idea is intriguing and we can fit it into our schedule, we’ll bring the custom to life.
